SHIRAZ

Our Shiraz is our most popular wine. It is full-bodied, with well-defined flavours that include plum, red currant and mocha, that lead to a long, rich finish.

We recommend pairing this Shiraz with rich foods such as roast meats and heavier pasta dishes.

PINOT GRIGIO

This Pinot Grigio is light, crisp and refreshing with tingly acidity. Flavours of apple, lemon zest and pear combine to give the palate a good length and intensity.

We recommend pairing this Pinot Grigio with fish and green salads, or simply enjoy as an aperitif on its own.
